INSIDE
In addition to a neat decoration and high quality comfort, this fully air-conditioned villa offers a beautiful sea view. Once you have climbed up a few steps from the parking, you can access the living spaces on the ground floor. Lefthand is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, equipped with TV. Two of them have two single beds each and an adjoining shower room with WC. The other two bedrooms are equipped each with a large double bed, one has its own shower room with WC and the other one has its private bathroom. A separate WC rounds off the furnishings. After the covered terrace, the air-conditioned living space with large living/dining room and open kitchen is set on the right.

OUTSIDE
Overlooking the small island du Rouveau and the top of Les Embiez island, this holiday home is surrounded by Mediterranean nature, offering tranquillity and privacy. Three cars can easily be parked behind the villa, to be accessed via a staircase on the left. On the roofed terrace protected from the Southern sun between the two parts of the house, you can barbecue and take your meals. Below, the fenced pool offers a large tiled area all around where you can laze quietly on your sun loungers. What could be better on holiday ? An outdoor shower and table tennis table contribute to the comfort and fun you'll enjoy outside with your family or friends.

Indulge yourself with the luxury of renting an upscale villa in the South of France between Sanary-sur-Mer and Ollioules. It's also worth mentioning that the market there on Wednesday mornings has been chosen to be the most beautiful in France.
