Pas de chauffage dans couloir du 1er étage et les WC difficile pendant cette période hivernale
Idem hall d entrée le pauvre radiateur n est pas suffisant pour atteindre une température de 18/19 degrés
Autre point à préciser les escaliers et WC 1er sont très exigus...
