This simple residence with flats is located in Paciano. The flats are simply furnished and are spread over several floors. The house is simply and cosily furnished. With 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the house is big enough for 5 people. Families will have a wonderful time here.

The town is an ideal base for exploring and visiting Umbria. For example, take a day trip to Perugia, which is already 40 km from the house. You can also take endless walks and bike rides in the area.

In front of the house is a small, shared terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine. You can cool off in the swimming pool. Here you have a beautiful view of Paciano.

The property may differ slightly from the photos in terms of furnishings, but the comfort level is the same. Energy costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) will be charged separately based on consumption.
