The family house, renovated in 2017, lies on a side street in a villa district of Ascona, close to the golf course and the Lido. The pretty house with terrace and pergola is completely surrounded by a lawn and a green hedge marks the end to the neighborhoods. The rooms in the ground floor includes a living and sleeping area for max. 4 persons with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms and with exit to the pergola. Lower floor with 1 bedroom and bathroom. The outside area with garden furniture includes the flat garden with lawn as well as Mediterranean planting with palms, shrubs, etc. all for private use. Driveway until house. 2 reserved parking spaces. Bus stop about 400m. Shops about 700m. Lido Ascona and golf course about 600m. Village center and lake promenade about 1 km. Bed-/kitchen linen available. Pets not permitted. Non-smoking house.
