Dear guests,
We are very pleased to welcome you to our house!!!!

Our house is located on the very edge of the village on the east side.
Below us there is a horse stable, to the east a cowshed.... So you are in the middle of nature...
We have completely refurnished and redecorated our flat with a lot of love in the last few months.
Windows and front door are up to date!
There is a stove in every room. Living / dining room / kitchen = underfloor heating.
Bath / toilet with tub, sink and shower curtains = underfloor heating.
It is important to us that our guests can determine their own desired temperature!
The seating area in front of the flat in the garden is covered and furnished. (2 deckchairs with mat are deposited in the cellar.
The garden is fenced and can be used alone.
Own car park right next to the flat.
The flat has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, washbasin.
Own cellar to store luggage, bicycles and other sports equipment.
There is also an oven to dry wet clothes and shoes etc.
On your arrival you will find the following:
Beds made, flat heated (winter), one set of towels per person,
kitchen towels and cleaning cloths.
For the first days we provide a selection of spices, oil, vinegar.
Dishwashing detergent for lavabo and machine cleaning. In the laundry room you will find detergent (sensitive).
A selection of coffee capsules (Dolce Gusto capsules available in Scuol Coop) and tea bags are also available.
You will also receive a chargeable rubbish bag. These are also available individually in the village shop or in the Coop in Scuol...
Of course we are happy if you would like to refill the used things!!!
You will also find an information folder on the dining table..

In our area there is the obligatory guest card (something like tourist tax) . Plus final cleaning: 120 euros
You can buy this card for 5 Swiss francs per day and person.
Children under the age of 12 pay nothing.
The guest card entitles you to reduced prices for several offers. You will find the exact information in our guest folder.
To order this guest card we need your address and the date of birth of each guest.
