El Palmarete is a group of 5 independent houses, each with own garden, set on a private track which leads directly to the beach of Zahora.

Outside:

The garden is well maintained with lawn, a brick made barbecue, loungers and a set of light plastic garden furniture, which can be easily moved from sun to shadow. Surrounded by a fence with a hedge, you enjoy protection from views and the wind. Porch with a set of wooden chairs and table.

Inside:

The house is spacious and well equipped: living room with open plan kitchen, two large bedrooms, one with double bed, the other twin. There is a foldable bed for a 5th person. Bathroom with bath. Flat screen TV with satellite (ASTRA oriented, you can watch English news channels).

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Cooling / heating:

Thanks to the Atlantic climate and the solid structure of the house, there is no need for air condition in summer. In winter you can heat with the open fire and ask for radiators or a mobile gas heater.

Surroundings:

The 5 villas El Palmarete are on a private track which ends directly on the beach of Zahora. From the garden, you can see the ocean and the most romantic sunsets with the constant sound of the surf. The surrounding landscape is very idyllic, consisting of undulating green land with pine trees.

The nearest restaurants (Chiringuito de Juan and Sajorami) are a 5 minute walk down the beach and there is a rustic beach bar (El Palapa) close by, where in summer you can enjoy a mojito with life music for sunset (no noise at nighttime). In the village of Zahora you find more restaurants, bars and some shopping facilities, all a 10-15 minutes walk away.



El Palmarete has become a very popular accommodation among families with toddlers and small children: two minutes from the most child friendly beach (a shallow lagoon at low tide), no cars, very safe with a large garden - a wonderful playground!

From November until Marchthere is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
