Atalaya Alma is located in a quiet residential area of Conil and features a furnished terrace.Outside:South facing terrace with views, furnished with table and chairs. Communal area with swimming pool and baby pool.
Interior:-The living and dining room:
he living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a modern smart TV for entertainment. The dining table and chairs provide a cosy space to enjoy meals in company.
-The kitchen:
The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob for convenient cooking.
-Bedrooms:
The flat also has two bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and the other with an extra bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for convenient storage. The bathroom has a shower for guests' convenience.
Surroundings:The flat is located in a quiet area at the west end of Conil, called 'La Atalaya'. It is a green area in the midst of pine trees and next to the beach La Fontanilla. A park with playground and a nice café is close by and there are several restaurants a few minutes walk away. A 5-10 minutes walks brings you to several supermarkets and the central area of Conil, where you find the municipal market hall, banks and all kind of shops.

Pet friendly: only (1) small dog allowed with a 35€ supplement.
