This newly renovated holiday home spans two floors and offers ample space for up to 6 people across 100 m² of living area.
In the cozy living room, you can relax and let the day fade away in a pleasant atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: in addition to a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, and oven, you will also find a kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. The house features three bedrooms located on the upper floor: one room with a double bed and two rooms each with two single beds – ideal for families or groups.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort and convenience. During the summer months, the garden invites you to relaxed barbecue evenings.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi will also be available from June onwards. Please note that pets are not allowed. Nestled in an idyllic garden and quietly located on the outskirts of the village, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The house is situated in the charming Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape – just 200 meters from the Spree Cycle Path and about 8 km from the historic town of Bautzen.
Thanks to excellent transport links (only 8 km to the motorway), you can enjoy both the tranquility of nature and quick access to regional attractions and leisure activities. A special bonus for families: a public children's playground directly in front of the house invites kids to romp and play. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests! A prepayment of 25% is charged upon booking. The remaining payment is due on-site in cash. Arrival is possible between 3 PM and 7 PM. Departure is possible between 8 AM and 11 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary. Key handover will take place in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Das Haus ist super schön mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist neuwertig und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Man kann aber in jede Richtung gut mit dem Fahrrad zu einer Tour starten. Die Gegend rund um Malschwitz ist ebenfalls toll.
