Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming house with sea view, located at 3km from the beach in Clohars-Carnoët. With a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with fireplace (non-functional), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 400 m² garden within a fully fenced property
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The customs path is just below the property. There are no neighbours.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the parking lot below the road 20m from the property (outside the property).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimperlé, about 15 min by car
- Nearest airports: Lorient approx. 25 km / Brest approx. 130 km
Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available
- The fireplace is functional; wood can be supplied on request and at extra cost.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- The property comprises two houses, one of which is the owners' main dwelling, with no facing building to guarantee your privacy.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
