This charming finca in Binissalem offers a peaceful retreat for up to 6 guests with a private, above-ground chlorine pool and a beautiful garden. Guests can relax on one of the four sun loungers or enjoy the shade under two parasols. The spacious, furnished veranda is perfect for al fresco dining and a barbecue area makes the finca even more attractive for family gatherings. For additional entertainment, there is a table tennis table and a badminton net. The property also has a covered car park and two outdoor parking spaces, ensuring the comfort of guests.

The finca is located just 1.5 km from Binissalem, a village known for its Mallorcan wine production, and is surrounded by several wine cellars. The village offers supermarkets, restaurants and a petrol station for convenience. Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, is 20 to 25 minutes away by car. Visitors can explore historic sights such as La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the charming old town. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, are around 30 kilometres away and offer shallow waters and fine sand. For outdoor enthusiasts, Alaró, a 10-minute drive away, is the starting point for the Castell d'Alaró hiking trail, and the Tramuntana mountains offer picturesque walks and visits to cultural gems such as Valldemossa, Sóller and the beautiful bay of La Calobra.

The finca has three cosy bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes for storage. Two of the bedrooms offer 1.5 metre wide beds, while the third has a 1.35 metre wide bed. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the interior.
