In a quiet street near the town center, this charming 70 m² holiday home is tastefully decorated and comprises an entrance hall, living room with TV, kitchen, one bedroom, a mezzanine with sleeping area, shower room, and WC. A courtyard with an outbuilding includes a bedroom, shower room/WC, and small laundry room.
The property is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave.
Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm). Enjoy the outdoor space with its garden furniture and griddle. The town center is 200 m away, and the main beach, South Beach, and North Beach are 500 m away.
The bus station is 800 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away.
The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental and €100 for cleaning, plus the tourist tax. = OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

Pas de parking mais on a trouvé une place facilement à proximité.
Maison très agréable, très lumineuse, très bien équipée, à proximité du centre. On peut poser sa voiture et visiter la ville ou aller à la plage à pied.

Malgré la surprise du manque de ménage à notre arrivée, nous avons séjourné dans une maison top, superbe, au calme..
Le manque de parking nous avait fait un peu peur, mais en fait il y a tjs de la place pas très loin.
Les plages sont proches à pied, le centre ville et tous les commerces nécessaire à 5min
