Live like a friend! Individual loft-style beach holiday flat in the first sea line with unrestricted panoramic views over the entire bay.
The 81 m² holiday flat on the 2nd floor (lift available) offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a large living/dining/kitchen area, a storage room and an 11 m² covered balcony with views over the entire bay in the front line to the sea. You can also see the beach, palm trees and Punta de n'Amer nature park from every window.
The bright holiday flat is designed according to the motto 'vintage industrial meets music', with real wood, leather and metal dominating. Both bedrooms offer a 180 x 200 cm double bed (separate spring mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (150 x 200 cm) - so the flat offers space for 5 people.
The holiday flat also offers books (German, English), DVDs, games, stereo system with CD/radio/USB, Astra satellite receiver, swivelling wall-mounted LED TV and free WiFi.
