La zona era adatta sia per la mia famiglia che per il mio cane, ricca di verde e marciapiedi comodi per uno in carrozzina, a due passi dal centro e supermercati.
L'appartamento da su una strada e la porta di casa è attaccata alla fermata dell'autobus, tutto sommato il rumore era accettabile. Anche se descritto adatto ad un disabile, pur essendo spazioso il bagno non era dotato di wc con doccetta e la doccia era priva di sedile, il resto spazioso e comodo.
