For us, stars don't count; we prefer to let them shine, and you can convince yourself of this during your stay with us. **NO ACCOMMODATION FOR MONTEURS!!!** Payment: Bank transfer or cash upon arrival **NO ACCOMMODATION FOR MONTEURS!!!** Pets: Not allowed Linen package, per person: €20.00 The linen package includes: a fitted sheet, a pillowcase, a duvet cover, a bath towel, and two hand towels. All additional costs (electricity, heating, trash, cold and hot water) are included in the price. Day and weekend rates: available upon request. Each apartment has a telephone (free calls to the German landline network). Internet access via Wi-Fi is possible free of charge in every apartment. Other: A lockable bicycle storage is available. You can rent 21-speed bicycles as well as e-bikes from us. Deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200 is required.
This must be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred in time so that the amount is in our account upon arrival.
You will usually receive the refund within 7 days after departure.
The security deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer after the accommodation has been checked and no damages are found.
If any issues are found (damages or more dirt than swept clean), these will be deducted from the deposit, and you will receive an invoice detailing the reported defects.
