The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 115 m² house with mountain views for rent in Le Castellet, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 115 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 900 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- Dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Access to the garage from the kitchen for a 2nd fridge if required, cleaning equipment, washing machine, pantry, beach accessories for children.
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room, suitable for disabled guests.
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190) opening onto the terrace
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with a single bed for children (90x140) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2), opening onto the terrace
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 900 m² garden planted with trees, not enclosed.
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- Veranda with dining area
The house is ideally located in Le Castellet, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit the medieval village of Le Castellet, accessible on foot or by car.
- Visit Portdalong and hike to Bandol.
- Cycling
- Walking in the vineyards
- Beaches of Saint Cyr, Six Four, La Ciotat, Bandol.
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the house's private parking lot (two spaces outside and one additional space in front of the house).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulon train station, about 19 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, about 42 min by car.
