It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for use, a private garden, and parking for 2 cars on the driveway. This is the perfect base to explore from, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.


CHILLING
Well-appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 50 inch Smart TV and all your favourite TV and streaming channels available. Own account required for streaming. There is a dedicated working space with 2 desks and a super fast wifi connection provided for free. Large private garden with outdoor furniture available to use.


EATING
The modern kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.


PARKING
Free parking is available in front of the house on the driveway with room for 2 cars, and there is free on-street parking available on the road.



OUT AND ABOUT
Located in Cherry Hinton there is a Tesco and Sainsburys Superstore less than 5 minutes drive away, and along the local high street (15 minutes walk) there are cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. The ARM headquarters and technology park is a 2 minute drive. Addenbrookes and the Bio-Medical campus are a quick 10 minutes drive.

There are Buses available a short walk away, taking you to Cambridge train station and into the city centre, or to drive it is 12 minutes. Our house is the perfect stay for all occasions, and a great base to take in the many local tourist attractions and colleges across Cambridge.


My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.


There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.


Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.

- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.

- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.

- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
