Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, a deposit cheque for 60 euros will be requested and returned on departure if the accommodation is in good condition.

Electricity consumption: a fixed rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Consumption in excess of this amount must be paid to the owner at the end of your stay (according to a meter reading on arrival and departure).
