Cosy and spacious ground floor flat, a few metres from the sea at Varazze.

The apartment opens onto an entrance hall that divides the various rooms. On the left is the living room furnished with dining table, TV, balcony, double sofa bed and a second simple sofa bed; from here it is possible to access the independent kitchen equipped with a second dining table, dishwasher, oven and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of two rooms, the first equipped with double bed, and large wardrobe, while the second with double bed, TV and single sofa bed. Finally, two bathrooms with shower and bidet complete the layout of the flat.

Comforts such as wi-fi connection, washing machine and heating will be at guests' disposal.

Located in the province of Savona, Varazze is one of the main villages of the Riviera di Ponente. Behind it rises Mount Beigua, which provides Varazze with a mild temperature suitable for outdoor activities such as various hikes, both for beginners and experts. Within the Borgo, the collegiate church of Sant'Ambrogio, with its characteristic Baroque façade, and the historic centre full of frescoed buildings are worth a visit. Varazze is historically a well-known and popular seaside resort, famous for its harbour. In 2023, it was awarded the Blue Flag by the FEE-Italy for the quality of its beaches and services.

The area's food and wine culture, the famous focaccia, pesto and fresh fish dishes accompanied by Ligurian wine and olive oil are not to be missed.

Varazze is one of the main towns of the Riviera delle Palme, which stretches over 1500 square kilometres of coastline, valleys and mountains, embracing the entire province of Savona. From this splendid village it is possible to reach the other picturesque villages of Celle Ligure, elected one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and Invrea, with its famous Arenon Beach.

The flat is a 5-minute drive from the Varazze railway station and a 35-minute drive from Genoa airport.
