A magnificent old house, rich in character, will welcome you for your stay, with its unique decoration full of charm, embellished with exposed beams. However, you will find all the comfort and facilities you need for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Sarlat.


The first room is a cosy, colourful living room with sofa, armchair, television and dining table. Next door, you'll find the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the utensils you'll need to cook a good meal. There is also a separate WC.


To access the first floor, you will need to climb a very narrow spiral staircase. Here you will find the first bedroom, with its charming period décor and Queen Size bed (160/200), a shower room with WC and a small adjoining room with a single bed that can be used as an extra bed if required.


On the top floor, you will find the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second shower room with WC.

A washing machine and two hairdryers are available.


Concerning parking, you will find free parking 450 m from the house.

The Place Sundhouse car park is the closest to the house. It offers free overnight parking all year round. Charges apply for daytime parking from mid-June to mid-September.


The car park on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from the 15th) and December. Outside these periods, parking is charged from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/09 to 15/11.
