The "La Dorada" building, eight stories high with an elevator and no pool, is located on the beachfront of the South area of Xeraco Beach.
A few meters away, there is a multi-sports area and a park with swings for children. This second-floor apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with walk-in showers), and a spacious, renovated independent kitchen with a dining area, ideal for breakfast.
It has a large living-dining room with access to a spacious east-facing front terrace.
Enjoy spectacular sea and beach views from the terrace and throughout the living-dining room. A uncovered parking space within the building's premises is included. Capacity for 5/6 people. Groups of young people are NOT allowed; ONLY FAMILIES.
Pets are allowed upon request (only one, maximum weight 10 kg), with a supplement of €7/night. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning products/detergents.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting this in advance and having already paid the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water makes it ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to explore the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are numerous hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological importance, serving as a nesting ground for birds and home to native plants.
Don't forget about fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea channels, and rivers.
