Single storey house, built in 2003, in the heart of the superb 18-hole golf course of Valdaine, in Montboucher sur Jabron, near Montélimar, halfway between Lyon and Marseille.
With 4 bedrooms, including a master suite. It also consists of 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, the second with shower and bath, double sink in each), 2 toilets, 1 kitchen with sliding doors overlooking a terrace where meals are taken in the summer. This kitchen is fully equipped with steam oven, induction hob, hood, fridge freezer, double sink, dishwasher. A second refrigerator is also available. The 55m2 living room has a table and chairs for 8 people, two sofas, 1 large screen HD TV with DVD player, orange TV, 1 stereo

- full kitchen equipment: Senseo coffee maker, bread maker, electric kettle, toaster, XXL gas BBQ outside....

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer deux semaines dans cette jolie maison. Il a fait tres chaud (jusqu'a 35 degres) mais la piscine et l'ombre des arbres nous ont permis de passer de bons moments en plein air. L'air conditionne a ete un plus. Tres facile de faire des petites excursions. Tout est a 30...
