Park up the car outside this picturesque cottage, the vibrant red door welcomes you. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an open-plan area, where the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room seamlessly blend together.
The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, brew a coffee here to enjoy in the garden before your adventures begin.
The dining room offers seating for four, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.
The sitting room is an inviting space, complete with a woodburning stove set in a stone fireplace and a mounted Smart TV, ideal for those relaxing evenings in. As the day draws to a close, climb the stairs with quaint touches, retire to one of the two double bedrooms.
The first bedroom offers the unique feature of hearing the river flowing in the background, providing a soothing soundtrack to your slumber.

Llety, a cottage, consists of a kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio and picnic bench, an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and a river. Return year after year to Llety. Note: Please supervise children as there is access through a gate to the river.
Please note there are hanging facilities in bedrooms, but not traditional wardrobes.

A lovely relaxing week in beautiful surroundings, lots of walks, and sitting on the balcony watching the river go by. Llety is very we’ll equipped, furnished, and a great base to explore Snowdonia. I’m sure we will book again.

This gorgeous, cosy cottage tucked away in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Having a river running right beside it made it even more magical — listening to the sound of the water all day was lovely. In the evenings, sinking into the sofa and enjoying the firepit was total relaxing. The host’s relative makes the most beautifully scented soaps, perfect for sensitive skin

The cottage is very cosy and compact but exceptionally well planned out with regards to use of space. It accommodated four adults comfortably and was equipped with everything we needed. The cottage is homely and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.
