Located in St Symphorien – in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park – in southern Gironde, “La Palombière” offers a friendly and comfortable stay, perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility.
This independent, single-storey accommodation of 36 m² includes a living area with kitchen corner and a fireplace for grilling, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom. It is designed for two adults and a baby. Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved and kept on a leash, as the presence of game and nearby horses requires calm and respect.
A travel cot, high chair, and washing machine are available on request.
Nestled within a vast forest estate, you will enjoy a peaceful setting ideal for disconnecting, far from the hustle of screens and digital distractions.
A perfect haven to reflect and recharge, immersed in forest therapy and natural oxygen therapy, preserved from light and noise pollution, offering front-row seats to the cosmos at night.

“La Palombière” is also a great base for hiking, horse riding or cycling – adventure begins right at the doorstep.
For your convenience and to ease your luggage, we offer transfers from the train station (Facture, Bordeaux) or airport (Mérignac), bike rentals, luggage and picnic transport, trail planning with roadbooks, maps and compasses, hiking support and guidance, as well as horse care and stabling with tack room, riding arena and round pen.
