The Residenz am Balmer See is located directly on the picturesque Achterwasser.
This 2-room holiday apartment with a terrace offers a perfect room layout of 35 square meters.
It is cozily and charmingly furnished, leaving nothing to be desired. The large south-facing terrace with a beach chair and other garden furniture offers a side view of the Balmer See and invites you to unwind and relax. Enjoy free access to our 150 square meter wellness area on the ground floor of House A, which ensures your well-being with three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam bath), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area. Also on the ground floor is a laundry/drying room. Your mobility is ensured by the available parking space on the property.
The holiday apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and has one bedroom. Feel free to use our free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house.
Please note that due to island-related conditions, fluctuations in Wi-Fi quality may occur. To ensure a carefree start, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided as an initial supply. Enjoy the advantages of our residence and let yourself be enchanted by the idyllic location on the Balmer See. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests soon!

Fantastic

Tolle Lage, super sauber, sehr schön ausgestattet

Hervorragend
