Es lag ruhig und direkt mit Zugang zum Balmer See
Der Balkon war stark mit wildem Wein zugewachsen, Der Kleiderschrank war vollgepackt mit Sitzkissen und Winterbettwäsche. Die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war extrem begrenzt.
