Your stay in our exclusive one-bedroom apartment of 50 m² promises unforgettable holiday experiences in every season.
The quiet location on the top floor, conveniently accessible by elevator on the second floor, offers a unique atmosphere.
The holiday apartment is situated at the southeastern end of the building and impresses with its modern and comfortable furnishings. Designed with attention to detail, the apartment features warm colors combined with white and walnut furniture in the living and dining area – a place of coziness.
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the high, two-story ceiling with a height of 5 meters lend the apartment a unique charm.
Enjoy the gleam of the Achterwasser visible from the side as the morning sun shines through the east-facing windows.
Blackout pleated blinds allow for individual control of sunlight, while mosquito nets in the living and sleeping areas ensure a bug-free environment. The living room offers not only relaxation on the sofa, which can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed, but also entertainment with a flat-screen TV (satellite), Blu-Ray player, and the Yamaha sound system with iPod dock and CD player. The open balcony, resembling a roof terrace, invites you to enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset.

Die Residenz am Balmer See ist eine Oase für Menschen, die Ruhe benötigen. Wunderbare Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Unsere Wohnung hat die fünf Sterne absolut verdient. Gerne immer wieder.
