With a size of 56 m², the lovingly and high-quality furnished apartment has a separate living and sleeping area.
Perfect for up to four people. The modern kitchenette is directly adjacent to the living room to provide you with all the amenities for a relaxing stay.
The holiday apartment offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with a separate bedroom equipped with a cozy double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping options.
For your convenience, the beds are already made upon arrival, and towels are provided as an initial supply.
A free parking space in the underground garage is available for our guests (entry height 1.86 m, entry width 3.00 m). The Haus Rolandseck is located on the westernmost edge of Bansin on the Bergstraße, which captivates with its magnificent Bäderarchitektur (spa architecture). Adjacent to the house is the large beech forest, stretching around 12 km along the coast, ideal for exploring Usedom on foot or by bike.
From the apartments, you have an excellent sea view in the second row. The beach is only 50 m away, and the beach access via the Bergstraße is in close proximity.

Eine tolle Fewo,sehr geschmackvoll und sauber.Alles da, was man braucht. Und der Blick vom Balkon traumhaft. Wir wohnten in Wohnung 06 und haben sie bereits weiter empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Lediglich die Tiefgarage war für unser großes Auto sehr eng, aber die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus war super und die Fahrten immer durch die Kurtaxe kostenlos.Fazit: traumhaft!

Eine Ferienwohnung, die so sauber ist, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt – das ist Gold wert! Und wenn dann noch die Einrichtung stilvoll und großzügig ist, kann man sich nur zurücklehnen und genießen. Der Meerblick war dasHighlight. Da kann man stundenlang auf den Balkon sitzen und auf das Meer schauen.
