Dear Holiday Guests, a warm welcome to our exclusive 5-star luxury maisonette apartment BS70 in the Residenz am Balmer See!
Your Feel-Good Home:
We have furnished this apartment with great joy and attention to detail to offer you a relaxing holiday in a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere.
The spacious and sheltered south-west-facing loggia extends your living area outdoors during the warmer seasons.
Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the fresh air in the morning or admire the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. On the lower floor, you will find a bright living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, laid with high-quality vinyl planks in a light wood look.
The open-plan kitchen in taupe-berry colors is modern and equipped with first-class brand appliances.
An elegant, round dining table made of white glass forms the transition to the friendly living area with a chocolate-colored leather sofa, a matching designer armchair, and a white glass coffee table.
The TV/audio area with a completely white LED flat-screen TV harmoniously blends with the apartment's color scheme. The elegant staircase in dark chocolate wood with a stainless steel railing leads you to the gallery on the upper floor.
There, you will find a high-quality bathroom with a spacious, level-access shower area and a designer wellness feature that makes starting your day a special experience.
Adjacent to the gallery is the spacious bedroom with a double bed, blackout option, and its own TV. The bedroom is decorated in white and sand colors, and both the gallery and the bedroom are laid with vinyl planks in a light wood look. Our holiday oasis is located on the top floor and is easily accessible by lift.
Further amenities include the option of a baby cot or extra bed in the bedroom – please indicate this when booking if needed. Wellness Oasis and Pure Relaxation: Enjoy free access to our 150 sqm wellness area on the ground floor of House A, which offers three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam bath), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area for your well-being. You are welcome to use our free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house.
Please note that due to island conditions, fluctuations in Wi-Fi quality may occur. To ensure a carefree start, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided as an initial supply.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche in der Residenz am Balmer See. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet. Die My Usedom Betreuung war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, hilfsbereit.
