Our individually designed apartment impresses with bright colors and a maritime character.
The 2-room apartment (41 sqm) in an apartment complex on Balmer See is ideal for 2 people and invites you to restful and relaxed holiday days. From the sheltered balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Achterwasser and the Düker from midday until the evening hours. In the tastefully furnished living room, you can relax on the comfortable, pull-out couch (1.60 m) or the armchair and enjoy the view of the balcony and sun through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher. After an eventful day, you can rest in the wonderful bedroom with a comfortable hotel box-spring bed. The bathroom is furnished with attention to detail and includes a walk-in shower, a cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer. The 150 sqm wellness area with three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam bath), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area is located on the ground floor and can be conveniently reached via the elevator in a bathrobe without leaving the building. Also on the ground floor, you will find a laundry/drying room. Our entertainment package offers you entertainment with a large flat-screen TV and internet radio in the living room.
The wellness area with 3 saunas is located in the house, one floor down.
You can also reach the underground parking garage via the elevator. You are welcome to use our free, open WLAN access in the building.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war super. Ebenfalls der Wellnessbereich in der Anlage. Die Unterkunft bietet einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls toll. Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt.
