This beautiful country house with swimming pool in Cártama offers you a peaceful and cosy retreat in the heart of nature, with spectacular views stretching from the Sierra Nevada to the Mediterranean. Set on a plot of land where the friendly owners live and will be available for any enquiries, the accommodation guarantees a familiar and personalised experience. The access road is neither tarmac nor concreted, and is not recommended for low profile or sports vehicles.



The exterior is a strong point, with a fenced swimming pool for the safety of the little ones and an outside toilet for comfort when returning from a swim. The porch and various seating areas invite you to relax or even telework while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Perfect to disconnect without giving up connectivity thanks to the wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.



On its 80 m² distributed over two floors, the house has three bedrooms for up to six people (although the official capacity is for five), with a double bed and a single bed in the attic on the upper floor, ideal for children and teenagers, and two bedrooms with double beds on the lower floor, next to a spacious living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more). The fixed wooden staircase leading to the upper floor is not suitable for very young children due to its inclination.



Situated only 10 minutes from main roads, you can easily access Malaga city, the Costa del Sol and other points of interest such as golf courses, water parks, beaches and train or bus stations. Close to the Sunview Supertirolina amusement park (2 km), supermarkets, restaurants and Malaga airport (13 km).
