The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 53 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 4: two single beds - One bathroom with a bath - One shower room - Two separate toilets For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 30 m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby. Activities: - A cove just a 5-minute walk away - Argent Beach, a 5-minute walk away - Hiking in the Corsican maquis and the Parata massif - Water sports - Visits to neighbouring villages and Ajaccio Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the indoor garage (one space) or the private outdoor car park (two spaces) at the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest port: Porticcio, 15 km away - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 20 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
