The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Additionally, the building features a sauna, which can be used for a fee. As a special highlight, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1st to September 30th. The apartment invites you to relax and linger with its tastefully furnished living and dining area.
Of course, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi. The dining set has enough space for everyone, including a high chair for children from approximately 3 years old. The very well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for self-catering.
In good weather, you can even enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine. All three bedrooms can be darkened with external blinds.
They are divided as follows: 1st bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed and children's toys, 3rd bedroom with two box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet, complete this beautiful vacation apartment. Should it become necessary to do laundry during your vacation, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. You can leave your car parked for the entire vacation in the dedicated parking space belonging to the apartment, as the well-maintained residential complex where your holiday home is located is about 700 m from the town center and 200 m from the beach access.
Here you will find peace away from the hustle and bustle, yet you can reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot.
You can reach the center with shops and numerous restaurants in just under a 10-minute walk. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike room. A bus stop is located directly outside the door.
Whether from the main train station to Duhnen or in the direction of the city of Cuxhaven, you can easily get on and off here and reach your destination effortlessly. This vacation apartment does not allow pets.
