Villa Occhi sul Mare is a beautiful villa with a sea view and large outdoor spaces, for rent for holidays in Castro Marina, Salento, pampered with all modern comforts. It sleeps up to 6 and is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hoover, mosquito nets, etc.

In the garden, there is also a barbecue for grilling, an outdoor shower and a car park.

There are two entrances, one exclusively pedestrian with characteristic steps in the rock, the other with a gate for cars leading to the parking area.

A terrace with a spectacular view of the sea is the perfect place to spend time outdoors, have lunch and dinner al fresco, relax, sunbathe and prepare excellent barbecues. The interior of Villa Occhi sul Mare opens with a spacious living room furnished with a dining area, 1 double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning.

Next to the living room is the well-equipped kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both air-conditioned.

Completing the interior is 1 shower room. The surroundings of Villa Occhi sul Mare in Castro Marina Villa Occhi sul Mare is located along the panoramic road that leads downhill from Castro, a town with a beautiful medieval village and castle, to the bluest sea in Salento. Castro Marina is a little gem with a small harbour, a small square, narrow streets and all the main services: a truly unique place to spend a seaside holiday in Puglia. - A reception operator will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied according to municipal regulations. - Optional linen hire (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week. - Specific cleaning for animals euro 50 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to differentiate and dispose of waste.

Failure to do so will incur a fine of euro 80 up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price).

Otherwise a penalty of euro 40 will be deducted.
