Welcome to our apartment, ideal for a relaxing vacation with all the comforts. Enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning, heating, and access to communal areas with a pool and garden.

Fans: Three portable fans, one in each bedroom.

Heating: Gas heating throughout the apartment. The boiler is located in the kitchen and controlled from the living room, to the right of the entrance.

Communal AreasPool and garden: Located on the ground floor, accessible through the parking area.

House RulesNo parties or young groups allowed(bachelor/bachelorette parties, events on the private terrace, etc.).

Respect communal areas, keeping the pool and garden in perfect condition.
