One of the main attractions of Garrovera is its splendid double swimming pool with waterfall, surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden and a cosy chill-out area. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views stretching to the horizon, framed by cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees.



The entrance to the house is through a charming vine-covered porch, which houses a large dining table for up to 8 people, ideal for al fresco dining. Around the pool you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in the middle of nature.



Indoors, the living room reflects the rustic Mallorcan charm with exposed wooden beamed ceilings and noble furniture around the fireplace. The ambience is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two period Mallorcan rocking chairs, together with original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood.



Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with seating for eight. This room stands out for its luminosity and excellent natural ventilation.



The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the master bedrooms also has a private terrace with spectacular views of the mountains.



The two bathrooms have been completely renovated and have large showers, modern and functional furniture and storage space. The kitchen, also renovated, has a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.
