It's an ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect in nature, enjoy the scenery, and explore the island by bike or on foot. The property spans a plot of 5,000 m² and has a living area of 120 m², distributed across 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to 6 people. The open-plan induction kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, and washing machine, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The living-dining area includes multi-language satellite TV (Spanish, English, and German) and internet connection (WiFi). The exterior is one of the estate's greatest attractions: a spacious furnished terrace, private garden, barbecue, and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by nature.
Additionally, there is covered parking for 2 vehicles within the fenced property. Furthermore, the nearby town of Petra offers bars, restaurants, and local products, ideal for experiencing Mallorcan gastronomy.
Every Thursday, the traditional market is held in the Plaça Major.
