Sa Verdera is a village house with swimming pool for 10 people located in the village of Santa Maria.



Situated in the centre of Santa Maria, Sa Verdera has an interior patio with swimming pool, palm trees and orange trees as well as a porch with armchairs and a table where you can sit in the evenings and enjoy the fresh air in good company.



The house, on two floors, has a rustic style with contemporary decoration and restored rooms.



Accessing the interior of the house from the courtyard is a dining room with a large ecru table and a breakfast bar leading to the kitchen, which is very spacious and comfortable as well as fully equipped to prepare your best dishes.



Contiguous to the dining room is the living room with AC, free WiFi and soft sofas to watch your favourite programmes.


On this floor there are also 4 bedrooms: two of them with double beds and another two bedrooms with single beds and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower.



On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, AC and ensuite bathroom with shower.



In short, a very central and complete house in which to spend a great family holiday.

In order to respect the environment and to encourage responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the price of the accommodation.

A charge of 0.35€/kwH for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay in cash to the owner.
