Sa Verdera is a charming village house with swimming pool, ideal for up to 10 people, located in the heart of Santa Maria.



This two-storey house combines a rustic style with contemporary decoration and carefully restored spaces that preserve the traditional charm.



In the inner courtyard, surrounded by palm and orange trees, there is a refreshing swimming pool, a porch with comfortable armchairs and a table perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors in good company.



From the courtyard, you can access a spacious dining room with a large table in ecru tones and an American bar that connects to the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped to prepare your best dishes in total comfort.



Next to the dining room, the living room offers air conditioning, free WiFi and comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy your favourite programming.



On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds, plus a bathroom with bathtub en suite and another bathroom with shower.



On the upper floor is the master bedroom, which has a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower.
