Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht auf das Meer bzw. die Bucht war grandios. Ich konnte mich kaum satt sehen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen. Pool auch OK. Alles in allem kann man das Haus empfehlen, Preis/Leistung ist OK, Mietwagen unbedingt empfohlen.
Das Gebäude ist schon etwas abgenutzt. Die Benützung der Stühle im Wohnzimmer ist nicht empfehlenswert wegen Bruchgefahr der Armlehnen. Gläser in der Küche könnten wieder mal aufgestockt bzw. erneuert werden. Der Fitnessraum besteht nur aus einem Laufband, sonstige Geräte die auf den Fotos sichtbar sind, fehlen.

Really fantastic property in a great location. We took several walks to the Alcudia, which has a lovely beach and plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. The owner of the property met us and showed us around snd then left is to enjoy our holiday, was on hand if needed but we never did. The villa had everythibg our 2 families needed and every part of the villa is to s high standard.
