Cas Carello is a finca for 12 people located in Alcanada, one of the most prestigious areas in the north, close to the Alcanada Golf Club and coves with calm waters.
The house is situated at a high elevation, offering privileged views of the island's nature and the blue coastline.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years of age, except for families with children.
The two-story house features a swimming pool with sun loungers for summer tanning, as well as several terraces perfect for family meals and conversations.
Decorated in a well-maintained and contemporary Mediterranean style, the common areas are very modern and include several living and dining rooms with fireplaces, bright spaces with terrace access.
Free Sat TV and WiFi are provided.
The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, appliances, and a table for working or having breakfast with the family.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, and the first floor, accessed by an external staircase, has another 3 bedrooms.
This property has air conditioning in the living room on both floors and in the master bedroom on the first floor.
Fans are also provided.

Good peaceful location close to everything needed.
Very spacious with a nice pool.
Pool towels provided and enough loungers for all guests.
Bathroom fittings, showers etc are now not up to standard and need renewal.
Pool parasols are all damaged.
Upstairs air conditioning required in bedrooms.
