Cas Carello is a finca for 12 people located in Alcanada, one of the most prestigious areas in the north of the island, close to the Alcanada Golf Club and tranquil coves.
This house is situated at a high elevation, offering privileged views of the island's nature and the blue coastline.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years of age, except for families with children. The two-story house features a swimming pool with sun loungers for summer tanning, as well as several terraces perfect for family gatherings, meals, and conversations.
Decorated in a well-maintained and contemporary Mediterranean style, the common areas are very modern and include several living and dining rooms with fireplaces, all bright and with access to the terrace.
Satellite TV and free WiFi are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, appliances, and a table for working or enjoying breakfast as a family.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, and another 3 bedrooms on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase.
This property has air conditioning in the living room on both floors and in the master bedroom on the first floor.
Fans are also provided.
It is a perfect house for families to enjoy a vacation in a quiet and privileged area of the island. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online check-in procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in vacation homes must pay the tourist tax.

Good peaceful location close to everything needed.
Very spacious with a nice pool.
Pool towels provided and enough loungers for all guests.
Bathroom fittings, showers etc are now not up to standard and need renewal.
Pool parasols are all damaged.
Upstairs air conditioning required in bedrooms.
