The apartment building comprises a total of four holiday apartments and one studio apartment, ideally suited for couples, families, or small travel groups.
Two of the apartments are designed for 4 people each, another offers space for 2-4 people, and the studio apartment is the perfect choice for one or two guests.
All accommodations are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. A security deposit of €250.00 is required for the rental of the apartments.
The garden of the house offers a communal barbecue area, ensuring pleasant evenings and culinary highlights. Reserved parking spaces are available directly on the property for the larger apartments.
Guests of the smaller apartments can use the public parking lot directly in front of the house.

Während des gesamten Aufenthalts hat man nicht mal die Möglichkeit die Handtücher zu wechseln. Dementsprechend wäre eine Waschmaschine vorteilhaft.
Ein weiteres Manko ist der fehlende Staubsauger. Wenn man als Familie mehrere Tage bzw. Wochen in der Unterkunft verbringt sammelt sich jede Menge Dreck/Sand auf dem Boden an. Es ist lediglich ein kleiner Handfeger vor Ort.
