This renovated 40m² flat offers an ideal setting for a stay in Juan-les-Pins, with a beautiful sea view and a bright interior.
It consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and dining table, opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a 160cm bed and storage. The modern bathroom has a shower and vanity unit.
The flat has WiFi and private parking, . Located just a few minutes' walk from beaches, restaurants and shops, it allows you to take full advantage of local life while being in a quiet and comfortable setting. It has air conditioning in the living room, which also provides pleasant ventilation in the bedroom for optimum comfort.
Ideal for holidays, a business trip or a getaway on the Côte d'Azur.
## Access
MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.
The entire flat is available to you so that you can make the most of your stay here, as well as the access card for the private car park.
HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housekeeping is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service which we also offer.
One bath towel per person is included.
We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, paper towels, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin liners, floor products, kitchen towels, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)
NOTE: The accommodation must be left clean after each rental, sanitary facilities cleaned, kitchen put away, dustbins, fridge and dishwasher emptied
Here are the steps that our service providers follow during cleaning
-Airing the rooms.
-Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).
-Bed linen and bath linen washed at high temperature by a professional laundry.

You will be located just a few minutes drive from the heart of the old town, with absolutely everything of interest around you. Beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarket, parking. The beach is a 5 minute walk.

Antibes is a 5 min drive.
Cannes is 20 min.
Nice is 20 min away.
For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 45 min by motorway
Juan Les Pins train station is a 5 min walk.
The bus station is less than 5 min walk.
