At the foot of the Varennes castle motte, this gîte is a real belvedere overlooking Lake Chambon and the Chaudefour Valley.

The cottage consists of: -a living room -a bedroom with a 160 bed -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bathroom with a large walk-in shower -a laundry room To fully enjoy the view and the calm of the place, large 52m² wooden terrace, simply open the large bay window and the entire green valley is available to you, from Lake Chambon to Puy de Sancy, via the plains of Varennes and Voissières, the village of Chambon sur Lac and the majestic and picturesque Chaudefour Valley.
You can enjoy a small paved terrace, surrounded by a dry stone wall where it is nice to stroll.
By setting down your suitcases at the BELAGAITA belvedere, you will be ideally located to enjoy hikes around the lakes, on the side of the Sancy massif or volcanoes.
The beaches of Lake Chambon and the Château de Murol are less than 5 minutes away and the Motte Castrale de Varennes overlooks the Gîte. In winter, snowy landscapes and the possibility of skiing on the slopes of Super-Besse, Chastreix or Mont-Dore less than 1/2 hour away or the old slopes of Chambon des Neiges to indulge in the joys of sledding or skiing hiking.

Le logement est idéalement situé dans un cadre magnifique ! Il est très spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et la propriétaire nous a donnés de nombreux conseils pour des visites, des balades et des restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
