Our 55m² apartment in Caldaro offers space for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) and impresses with its spaciousness and comfort.
It is equipped with a shower/WC, central heating, TV, satellite connection, free WLAN, balcony, kitchen/living room, and a separate bedroom.
Bed linen, towels, and dishes are naturally included.

Guests have access to a communal sunbathing lawn with a children's playground.
Our house is a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the center of Caldaro and a 10-minute walk from the nearest grocery store.
In summer, the lake bus (the stop is a short distance from our house) can take you to Lake Caldaro.
The cities of Bolzano and Merano are also easily reachable by car or public transport. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is only permitted with written confirmation from MUSE.office.
Without this confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made on the same day as arrival, check-in is only possible from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties accept pets.
Guests must inform MUSE.holiday via a separate email if they intend to bring pets.
Where permitted, a fee of €15.00 per animal per night applies. Cot, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request at an additional cost and must be booked in advance. Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is only possible if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is subject to the presentation of required documents and payment of the tourist tax and any extras by credit card. Use of Heating and Air Conditioning (If Available): Heating operates from October to April but will not be activated if outside temperatures exceed 15°C or if indoor temperatures reach or exceed 21°C.
Air conditioning operates from June to September but will not be activated if outside temperatures drop below 25°C or if indoor temperatures reach or fall below 23°C. Charging of Electric Vehicles: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in the property listing.
Where permitted, reconfirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional costs may apply. Charges for Energy Waste: Unnecessary use of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or using heating with open windows, will incur additional charges. Ventilation Requirement: Guests must ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for at least five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in charges for mold removal if detected upon departure. Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi service may be intermittent or slow, and a continuous connection cannot be guaranteed. Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap.
Any items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide a pre-authorization for a security deposit of €500 via credit card at check-in. Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover standard cleaning only.
Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of waste at designated collection points.
Additional charges will apply for excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, or unremoved waste, based on the necessary labor hours.
