Casa Ardito, a 4-bed flat with sea view in Polignano a Mare The holiday home is spread over several levels, connected by lovely spiral staircases. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, sofa, TV, table and chairs.

On the second and third floors there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Finally, on the attic floor, in addition to a convenient indoor kitchenette, there is a beautiful terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. Casa Ardito is an old house, completely brought to new splendour, equipped with the most modern comforts for a relaxing holiday.

The seafront and all the main services are within walking distance. The small beach of Cala Monachile, in the centre of Polignano, is just a 600-metre walk away. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of EUR 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - Specific cleaning for animals euro 40 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to differentiate and dispose of waste.

Failure to do so will incur a fine of euro 80 up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price).

Otherwise a penalty of euro 40 will be deducted.
