Surrounded by a private fenced garden with several plants, lounge areas and panoramic balconies, the property boasts two pools, open all year round: a smaller heated one (5 x 3 m, depth 1.30 m) and a larger one with a diving board (12 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m). The pools are equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an external shower. Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a large covered patio, furnished with sofa, dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. Lastly, at guests' disposal a private parking with 2 covered and 2 uncovered parking spaces. Internal Description Villa Tricase is made up of the main building (set on 3 floors) and a separate external suite.
The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
