An internal staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is developed: there is 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 double bedroom.

The surroundings of Casa Pireddu in Castro Marina Casa Pireddu is located in the centre of Castro Marina, the lower part of the historic town of Castro, famous for its castle and its beautiful medieval village. The house is within walking distance of the sea, as are all the most important services. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of EUR 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - First supply Linen (towels and sheets) included in the total.

Compulsory rental at the price of euro 5 per person for stays longer than 10 (1 change), 17 (2 changes) or 24 nights (3 changes). - Specific cleaning for animals euro 10 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to sort and dispose of waste.

Failure to do so will incur a fine of euro 80 up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price).

Otherwise a penalty of euro 40 will be charged. - Air conditioning in the hallway on the first floor, in the double room and in the twin room. - There is no hot water in the bathroom on the ground floor.
