The Niederalm is located in the beautiful Nonner Oberland, surrounded by hiking trails, and can also be easily reached by car.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8 from Munich, take the first exit at the roundabout in the direction of Bad Reichenhall and follow the road until you drive over the Kreta bridge and then turn right into Nonner Straße/Straße zum Nonner Oberland. After approx. 1.7 kilometres, turn left into Listseestraße. Shortly after the Hotel Neu Meran, turn left again. The finish is at the end of the road.

Ruhiges Haus, gutes Essen
Küchenzeile zu klein, die Mikrowelle stand auf einen beweglichen Regal (ansonsten kein Platz auf der Küchenzeile)und konnte nur geöffnet werden, wenn man sie anhob. Keine ausreichende Beleuchtung bei Küchenzeile. Da der Raum sehr groß ist, war die allgemeine Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend, insbesondere über Esstisch fehlt eine Lampe.
Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, schöne ruhige Lage.
