In the shimmering colors of the sea, the Casa Acqua Marine holiday apartment was created in 2024.
From the pretty balcony, you look over the rooftops of the marina towards the sea.
A small garden area directly below the apartment invites you to relax. MODERN HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH A LOVE FOR DETAIL Casa Acqua Marine is located on the ground floor of a simple apartment building, like a small, hidden jewel.
Throughout 2024, it was completely renovated and refurnished.
There is another apartment on the same floor, which is only used by its owner for holiday purposes.
The remaining apartments (3 floors in total) are also mostly occupied only during the holiday season (summer).
Great attention was paid to details when furnishing the approximately 50 sqm of living space.
This makes you feel immediately at home in Casa Acqua Marine.
The living area and the bedroom are air-conditioned, and the windows are of the latest generation, ensuring a pleasant and trouble-free stay at any time of the year.
As the second bedroom is quite narrow and equipped with a bunk bed, we recommend occupancy by 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. SEA VIEW BALCONY AND SMALL GARDEN The small balcony of Casa Acqua Marine is the place for great moments.
In the shade of the thatched roof, guests enjoy sunrises and sunsets in the most beautiful colors.
Directly below the balcony, an approximately 60 sqm garden stretches out, hosting olive and fig trees and being exclusively available to the guests of Casa Acqua Marine.
The terraced grounds are also completely fenced.
A private parking space is available.
Those who enjoy walking and don't shy away from climbs can also spend their holiday in Casa Acqua Marine without a car. OFF TO CALANCA BEACH During the summer months, guests of the apartment are provided with a permanent parking permit for the harbor area, very close to the beaches (Calanca, San Domenico, and Lentiscelle).
Therefore, those who wish to go to the town center, the harbor, or the beach by car will not have to search for a parking space extensively or pay additional parking fees.
Shopping can be done at the supermarkets located at the entrance to Marina di Camerota, which are easily and quickly reachable from the holiday apartment.
Restaurants are also located at the entrance to the town, as well as in the alleys of old Marina and along the harbor.
The harbor often serves as a promenade with numerous stalls and is partially closed to traffic from June to September.

Wenn das WLan nach Anbieterwechsel wieder funktioniert, ist die Unterkunft optimal, v.a. weil der Weg zum Strand / zu den Stränden, dem Hafen und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gut zu Fuß ohne Auto zu machen ist.
