It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and direct access to the terrace - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - 1 bedroom (7 m²) with a 90x190 cm bed - Shower room - Toilet One additional person is accepted, sleeping in the 90x190 cm bed in the smaller bedroom (€40/night) Blackout curtains on the bedroom windows (no shutters) The property entrance is under video surveillance with image recording (tenants have the option to opt out) - 120 m² terrace, 12 m² of which is covered - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Private swimming pool (2x4 meters, 1.4 meters deep), open from April 5th to November 1st, secured by an alarm.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests. - Outdoor shower - Two private parking spaces in front of the house - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in both double bedrooms - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Mini-oven - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television in the living room and in one of the double bedrooms - Hairdryer - Check-in possible between 4 pm and 7 pm - Beds made upon arrival

Très belle petite maison, quartier très tranquille.On a passé un séjour formidable avec la piscine dehors. Et point encore plus positif on a pu amener notre chien qui fait partie de la famille !L’accueil par les propriétaires était top, très à l’écoute.Je recommande vraiment pour passer de superbes vacances !

La maison est dans un quartier très calme, c'est vraiment paisible. Elle est joliment décorée, fonctionnelle, confortable. La piscine est très agréable pour un moment de détente. Elle est située à 7 minutes de l'aéroport et 20 mns de Bastia en longeant mer et paillottes pour profiter de cette magnif...
